1. Can I become a MaxPOS reseller?

 

Yes. We are accepting resellers for our MaxPOS system. Please see our contact page for more information. Please note that we expect the highest standards from our resellers.

2. Can you customize MaxPOS especially for my business?

 

Yes. Unlike many other EPOS vendors, we are not resellers of systems designed by others. Thus, we have the flexibility to modify any aspect (both software and hardware) of the MaxPOS system to suit your needs. Please contact one of our sales representatives to discuss your specific needs.

We do not expect our customers to adjust to existing EPOS solutions. Instead, we find new solutions to match our customers' needs.

3. What is your upgrade policy?

Our customers are eligible for free software upgrade until the next major version. For example, the current MaxPOS version is 3.0. Customers who purchase this will be eligible for upgrades 3.1, 3.2,..., 3.9 when they become available.

Hardware upgrades may be purchased as you need.

4. How do I upgrade MaxPOS to the latest version?

We'll send you automatic notification when upgrades become available. Also, MaxPOS is capable of automatically upgrading itself to the latest version over the internet.
